We're happy to replace your chain but will need to receive the bar/pendants back to do so. Please choose from the options above and once checkout is complete, either print the order or make a note with the order number and pop it in the envelope (making sure it's secure and the pendants can't fall out the edges) with the bracelet/necklace and send to:

If a replacement chain is purchased with other items, we will hold your order until we receive the bar/pendant back to make the replacement chain and send your whole order together.
IMPORTANT: We have recently changed our chain for pendants which hang freely on the chain (single hole pendants). We will now replace your chain with this chain.
