Kellective by Nikki is a small business located in sunny Brisbane. We've slowly grown over the years and are often looking for amazing new people to come and help us make our beautiful jewellery. 

There's a few unwritten rules at KBN:

• We believe wholeheartedly in kindness and respect for each other. Our staff are very different people, at different stages of their life, with different priorities but we genuinely support and care for each other. 
• We are a casual office; often listening to music, chatting about current affairs and joking around.
• But girl, we work hard!! We have really busy periods where it's even too busy for Nikki to tell us a story. We still have fun during these times, but at the end of the day you'll leave exhausted.
• Our customers mean everything to us and we have high standards to keep them happy! We try our absolute hardest to ensure our customers are happy with every single one of their KBN pieces.

Social Media Content Creator/Tik Tok Hero

The Opportunity 

As our Content Creator you'll be at the forefront of our creative endeavours, shaping our brand identity and sharing our studio with the world. With significant autonomy and endless possibilities, you'll have the chance to unleash your creativity and make a tangible impact.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Planning and executing our social media strategy
• Creating on brand social media content to engage and grow our audience
• Fostering our community through on brand tone of voice
• Keeping updated on social media trends for new content ideas & timely execution
• Engage with our diverse and somewhat introverted team to best showcase our unique culture & products
• Manage our influencer outreach/management & reporting

Who We're Looking For

If you're nodding your head enthusiastically to the following, then you might just be the missing puzzle piece we've been searching for:

• A passion for social media, trends and story telling
• Experience and efficiency at image and video editing software
• Previous and proven experience in managing and creating social media
• A proactive attitude to just get in and get things done

Location & Flexibility 

The job is perfect for someone studies or just seeking part-time bliss and we can be flexible on days! Our happy little studio is in Banyo and even has on site parking! Yay for no city/Valley parking!
