Shipping & Returns Info


----------- Shipping - Domestic ---------------

Orders will be shipped to the address provided via Australia registered post. Products are posted within 1 week of placing your order and delivery is usually 3-6 business days however this is not a guaranteed delivery timeframe and we cannot be held responsible for post deliveries which exceed this timeframe. If you choose express post as your shipping method this will speed up delivery however we cannot make your product any faster - if you need something urgently please contact us prior.  Express post is next day to most metro areas, but please check Aus post website to confirm the express post timeframe for your postcode (orders are sent from 4013).  We will deem all express post orders delivered based on the tracking by Aus post.

Please be aware, if you have your products sent to an office address we cannot be held responsible for the item once it has been signed for.  It's best to have all orders sent to your home address.


----------- Shipping - International ----------

Orders will be shipped to the address provided. All orders are posted via DHL post and are tracked. Products are posted within 1 week of placing your order and delivery is estimated to be 5-10 working days. While this is the standard timeframe deliveries can be delayed for unknown reasons and due to this we cannot class an item as lost until 4 weeks past date of posting. All importing taxes or custom fees are payable by the customer.

Please be aware, if you have your products sent to an office address we cannot be held responsible for the item once it has been signed for.  It's best to have all orders sent to your home address.

------------ Returns/Cancellations -------------

As we start work on your order straight away unfortunately orders cannot be cancelled so please ensure you choose carefully and give the correct custom details and size for your order.

If you're unsure of necklace/bracelet size you might like to add our necklace/bracelet extender to your order. If you order an incorrect size and would like the size altered there is a fee of $10 for new chain plus the cost of return postage.

While we don't accept returns due to each item being custom made to your requirements, if a mistake has been made on our part we will happily replace an item - just email us at kellectivebynikki@gmail.com.

If you do contact us to cancel and we have yet to start making your product we will be able to cancel however will retain 10% of order amount as a cancellation and restocking fee.
